Here’s how you make it: Lay out your tortilla wraps and fill with flaked, bite sized chicken pieces. For the Caesar dressing combine crème fraîche, garlic, anchovies, mustard, honey, lemon juice and parmesan in the food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the olive oil and layer the dressing, cos lettuce leaves and avocado over the chicken. Wrap it all up and enjoy with a glass or two of OBiKWA Chenin Blanc.
