Haute Cabrière brings Franschhoek’s hub of vineyards and cuisine to Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban for winter 2017.
Chefs Nic van Wyk and Westley Muller venture up north to bring a marriage of food and wine to Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban.
The exclusive pop-up dinners will showcase Haute Cabrière’s six course tasting menu paired with Haute Cabrière and Pierre Jourdan wine. Entitled The Marriage of Food and Wine, these exclusive dinners will excite foodies and wine lovers as food and wine come together on the table. Booking essential as each night seats 40 guests at R550pp including wine pairing.
