Siba Mtongana shares the rich fusion culture of modern South African food as she invites viewers to enjoy fast feasts at Siba’s Table. Siba uses the Middle East as inspiration for an entire weekday feast, rustling up lemony chicken kebabs, exotic harissa tabbouleh and luscious labneh with berries. Siba fires up the grill for a Tex-Mex feast featuring salmon cooked in a parcel, grilled corn salad with a tequila lime dressing, and caramelised pineapple cooked over the coals. When Siba invites friends over for a dinner party it’s short cuts all the way as she uses quick-cook cheats to create something sensational, preparing double cheese straws, giant garlic thyme steak with smoked tomato relish, and a tropical pavlova to finish.

Ina Garten returns for a new series where she reveals her tips, techniques and easy to follow recipes to turn even the worst cook into the perfect host. The new series sees Ina tackle everything from how to make a foolproof pie crust to a showstopping table centrepiece, plus there’s even wholewheat and peanut butter dog biscuits for a pampered pooch. And if that doesn’t make your mouth water how about recipes for a fresh blueberry pie, Sicilian grilled swordfish or delicious skillet brownies. As Ina would say, it’s all going to be “fabulous”.
