The Craft Revolution is heading to Silverstar Casino on Saturday 14th November and promises to treat and delight fans of craft beer and artisanal food.
For those looking for a foodie-component to their favorite craft beverage, there will also be food vendors from:
- The Snorting Boar, which aims to bring the unique flavours of American-style “Low and Slow” smoked food to the discerning palate of the South African consumer.
- The Shwarma Co: The menu offers laffas (a big wrap) and Schwarmas with your choice of filling- beef, lamb or chicken or for vegetarians: haloumi or falafel.
- Braeside Butchery: Fresh cuts of beef, lamb and pork strips from the farmers that pride themselves in serving free range and unprocessed meat.
- Woodview Wagyu: Wagyu (pronounced ‘wag-you’) is breed of cattle that originated in Japan. Serving fresh strips of beef, biltong and burgers from Wagyu cattle will leave you wanting more.
Visitors to the Craft Revolution, will also get the opportunity to experience a selection of South Africa’s top brewers like Soweto Gold,Mainstream Brewing Company, Smack Republic Brewing Co., Brothers Brewery, Two Okes Brewery, Drayman’s Brewery and Copperlake Brewers. In addition, the festival will boast an assortment of non-alcoholic beverage producers like Heidelberg Brewers and Mobile Coffee Café.
The entrance fee to the event is R80 for a standard ticket, premium tickets are available at R180 which will include a limited edition Craft Revolution glass and a R100 worth of Castors (the currency of the event).
