Calling all hikers/walkers & nature lovers of the Cape Peninsula

MapStudio & Polymorph launches a NEW PARK Table Mountain National Park to add to the 5 other national parks featured on ParkSpotter Africa namely Kruger National Park (South); Kruger National Park (North); Etosha National Park; Kgalagadi Transfontier Park and Addo National Park.

Explore and discover the beauty of the Cape Peninsula with the new ParkSpotter: Table Mountain which includes 50 hikes walks and maps with stunning photography, 3D walking route images as well as detailed route information.

Each hiking walking route has a difficulty grading, parking information, the average time to complete the hike walk, water availability, child-friendly recommendations and a detailed description to the start, route description in detail with descent information.

This park also includes an interactive contour map (at 20m intervals) of the entire Cape Peninsula showing over 500 points of interest, accommodation and, of course, the hiking routes. Colour images and interesting facts about fauna and flora found in the park help you to identify the Cape’s ‘fynbos’ & birdlife making your hike more enjoyable. Share your sightings with family and friends via social media feeds.

The contour map allows you to track your progress along the hiking / walking routes in real time. It also highlights the Hoerikwagga trail from the Cape Point to the Table Mountain cable way – so you’ll never get lost again.

Maps of access points include gate opening and closing times. You can also get accommodation details and contact information in rest camps within the park.
